vegmind 會員計劃

1. 什麼是vegmind會員及會員等級？

  • 用戶成功以電話號碼注冊並授權vegmind App 即可成為vegmind會員。

  • 會員等級體系分成Bronze、Silver、Gold、Platinum共計4個等級，用戶觸及對應等級的條件即可成為該等級會員，並享有對應的會員優惠及獎賞。

  • vegmind會根據會員消費金額換算成積分。根據積分累積，會員將於相應升級至不同等級。

  • 會員亦有可能在當前等級的一個“會員獎賞期限”內， 因為未能觸及保級條件而觸發降級。

2. 積分累積方法

  • 積分根據會員於門店消費帳單金額計算，暫不包括外賣或網上平台消費。

  • 會員必須由vegmind職員協助，通過使用vegmind app及其個人會員帳戶紀錄積分。

  • 如發生退款，積分亦會相應扣減。

  • 所有積分不能轉贈、合併、轉移。

3. 會員升級及「會員獎賞期限」說明

  • 於vegmind消費即可累積成積分，達到指定數值後即可自動升級至相對應等級。

  • 會員從某一等級升級至新等級時，系統將記錄該其「升級日」，並從該日起計算為期12個月為一個完整的“會員獎賞期限”。

  • 如會員在一個「會員獎賞期限」內如再次觸發升級，「會員獎賞期限」將由新的「升級日」起重新計算 12個月。

  • 會員帳戶中的累積積分將會於「升級日」起計的第13個月的第一日失效。積分由當日起會重新計算。

  • 「每月福利」獎賞則不受重新升級影響。如降級，則只可享降級後之等級的「每月福利」。

4. 會員擁有新等級後可以開始享受新的等級獎賞及所屬的會員獎賞，詳情包括：

  • 會員擁有新等級當天即可享受新獎賞

  • 會員擁有新等級後，相關禮包會於24小時內發放至「會員帳戶」內。

  • 會員「每月福利」的「每月優惠券」會在擁有新等級24小時內發放一次，其後每月1號會統一發放至「會員帳戶」內。

5. 會員降級說明

  • 當用戶未能達到當前等級保級條件時，則會觸發降級，每次降級僅降一級。

6. 積分及獎賞詳情：

  • 所有以下獎賞及禮券需於點餐時，向vegmind職員出示vegmind app以領取優惠。

  • 「升級獎賞」：當會員等級升級時，升級當日可獲取對應的升級獎勵，該升級禮包僅限發放1次（每個登記號碼只限享受一次），降級或重新升級並不能第二次享有該等級的升級獎賞。

  • 「升級獎賞」發送後請於30日內使用，逾期失效。

  • 「每月福利」獎賞：會員於對應的等級享有包含不同禮的每月常規禮券，禮券將於每月1號發放，並於下一個月的1號過期並自動失效。「每月福利」獎賞將每月發放，直至會員帳戶失效，或等級改變等。

  • 你可在應用程式中的 [Discovery] 找到「每月福利」禮券。使用前請先兌換，兌換後需於7日內使用。如沒兌換，禮券收於每月月尾過期失效。

  • 「生日好禮」：指定會員可以於會員生日當月1號發放神秘禮券，於下個月1號過期並失效。

  • 「生日月兩倍積分」：「生日月兩倍積分」以會員帳戶中填寫的日期及個人身份証明中之日期為準。生日當天消費即可自動獲雙倍積分。只限店內點餐。

  • Bronze會員每消費2元即可累積1點積分。

  • Silver、Gold、Platinum級別會員每消費1元即可累積1點積分。

7. 禮券詳情：

限定新會員禮包：

會員首次成功登記會員，即可獲以下迎新獎賞：

  • HKD 50優惠券一張：持有此券會員消費可減50元，無消費門檻。

  • HKD 9.9咖啡券一張：首杯咖啡只需$9.9. 只限咖啡，不包括特飲、花茶、非咖嘛類飲品。

  • 飲品買二贈一券 一張：持有飲品買二贈一券會員可以享受購買vegmind門店任意飲品買二送一優惠。

  • 素意大利面或飯HKD10元券 一張：持有此券會員購買任何素意大利面或素意大利飯可以享受減HKD10元優惠。

  • 素漢堡買一贈一券 一張：持有此券會員購買素漢堡可享買一送一優惠。

  • 素 All Day Breakfast 8折券 一張：持有此券會員購買素 All Day Breakfast可享八折優惠。

其他禮券：

  • 飲品買一贈一券：持有飲品買一贈一券會員可以享受購買vegmind門店任意飲品買一送一優惠。

  • 10% Off：持有此券會員於店內消費可享9折優惠。

  • 15% Off：持有此券會員於店內消費可享85折優惠。

  • 所有優惠券所送贈之商品為最低價格之商品

  • 每次惠顧只限使用一張優惠券

積分用途：

1.     可以提升會員等級，成為更高級會員可享更多優惠，禮包。

2.     積分可用於閱換積分商城內的禮券，禮品等。禮券，禮品兌換之數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。

條款及細則：

vegmind 保留更改會員計劃和獎勵的權利，包括每月獎勵的細節和條款，恕不另行通知。

vegmind 可以隨時因任何原因更改、暫停或終止該計劃或用戶參與該計劃的能力。

如果我們注意到任何我們認為是濫用、欺詐或違反 vegmind 服務條款的活動，我們保留暫停帳戶或移除任何獎勵和福利的權利。我們保留審查和調查所有推薦活動的權利，並保留按我們的單方面判斷，視為公平和適當的情況下，暫停帳戶或修改獎勵計劃和推薦計劃的權利。

您通過兌換獎勵所能獲得的獎勵、產品的範圍、種類和類型隨時都有可能變化。

如有爭議，vegmind保留最終決定權。

1. What is vegmind Membership and Membership Levels? 

1.1   Users who successfully register with a phone number and authorize the vegmind App can become vegmind members.

1.2   The membership level is divided into four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can become members of a certain level by meeting the corresponding conditions and enjoy the corresponding member benefits and rights.

1.3   vegmind will convert member spending into points. Based on the accumulation of points, members will be upgraded to different levels accordingly.

1.4   Members may also be downgraded within a "Membership Benefits Period" if they fail to meet the maintenance conditions for their current level.

 

2. Methods of Accumulating Points

2.1   Points are calculated based on the amount spent by members in-store, excluding spending on takeaway platforms or online stores.

2.2   Members must order in stores with vegmind staff assisting in recording the points using the vegmind App and their personal member account.

2.3   In the event of a refund, points will also be deducted accordingly.

2.4   All points cannot be transferred, combined, or moved to another account.

 

3.         Member Upgrade and "Membership Benefits Period" Explanation

3.1   Points accumulated from spending at vegmind can lead to an upgrade to the corresponding level once a specified value is reached.

3.2   When a member upgrades from one level to a new level, the system will record the "Upgrade Date," and from that date, a complete "Membership Benefits Period" of 12 months will be calculated.

3.3   If a member triggers another upgrade within a "Membership Benefits Period," the "Membership Benefits Period" will be recalculated for 12 months from the new "Upgrade Date."

3.4   The accumulated points in a member's account will expire on the first day of the 13th month from the "Upgrade Date." Points will be recalculated from that day.

3.5   "Monthly Benefits" rewards are not affected by re-upgrading. If downgraded, only the "Monthly Benefits" of the downgraded level can be enjoyed.

 

 

4.         After obtaining a new level, members can start enjoying the benefits and rewards of the new level, including:

4.1.    Members can enjoy new benefits from the day they obtain a new level.

4.2.    After obtaining a new level, related gift packages will be issued to the "Member Account" within 24 hours.

4.3.    "Monthly Benefits" coupons will be issued once within 24 hours of obtaining a new level, and thereafter on the 1st of each month to the "Member Account."

5.         Member Downgrade Explanation

5.1.    When a user fails to meet the maintenance conditions of the current level, a downgrade will be triggered, with each downgrade only dropping one level. 

6.         Details of Points and Rewards:

6.1.    All the following rewards and vouchers must be presented through the vegmind App at the time of ordering to receive the discount.

6.2.    "Upgrade Rewards": When a member's level is upgraded, they can receive the corresponding upgrade reward on the day of the upgrade, limited to one issuance per registered number (each registered number is only eligible once), and cannot be enjoyed again upon downgrade or re-upgrade.

6.3.    Once membership is upgraded, "Upgrade Rewards" will be automatically issued. The reward needs to be used within 30 days before expired. 

6.4.    "Monthly Benefits" Rewards: Members enjoy monthly regular coupons with different gifts corresponding to their level, issued on the 1st of each month, expiring and automatically invalidating on the 1st of the following month. "Monthly Benefits" rewards will be issued monthly until the member account expires or the level changes.

6.5.    "Monthly Benefits" Rewards can be found from the [Discovery] section in the app. To use the reward, member must claim it. Once, claimed, the reward needs to be used within 7 days. Rewards without being claimed expires in the end of each month

6.6.    "Birthday Gifts": Designated members will receive a mystery coupon on the 1st of their birthday month, expiring and invalidating on the 1st of the following month.

6.7.    "Birthday Month Double Points": "Birthday Month Double Points" are based on the date filled in the member account and the date in the personal identification. Double points are automatically earned for spending on the birthday. Limited to in-store ordering.

6.8.    Bronze members earn 1 point for every 2 dollars spent.

6.9.    Silver, Gold, and Platinum members earn 1 point for every dollar spent.

7.         Voucher Details:

Limited New Member Gift Pack:

Members who successfully register for the first time can receive the following welcome rewards:

·       A 50-dollar coupon: Members can use this coupon to get a 50-dollar discount with no minimum spending requirement.

·       A $9.9 coffee coupon: The first cup of coffee is only $9.9. Limited to coffee, excluding special drinks, floral teas, and non-coffee beverages.

·       A buy-two-get-one-free drink coupon: Members can enjoy a buy-two-get-one-free offer on any drink at vegmind.

·       A 10-dollar coupon for vegetarian pasta or rice: Members can enjoy a 10-dollar discount on any vegetarian pasta or rice.

·       A buy-one-get-one-free vegetarian burger coupon: Members can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free offer on vegetarian burgers.

·       An 20% off discount coupon for vegetarian All Day Breakfast: Members can enjoy an 80% discount on vegetarian All Day Breakfast.

 

Other Coupons:

·       A buy-one-get-one-free drink coupon: Members can enjoy a buy-one-get-one-free offer on any drink at vegmind.

·       10% Off: Members can enjoy a 10% discount on in-store purchases with this coupon.

·       15% Off: Members can enjoy a 15% discount on in-store purchases with this coupon.

 

·       All products given with coupons are of the lowest price.

·       Each visit is limited to the use of one coupon.

 

Uses of Points:

1.         Points can be used to upgrade membership levels, allowing members to enjoy more benefits and gift packs.

2.         Points can be used to redeem vouchers and gifts in the points mall. The number of vouchers and gifts available for redemption is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.


Terms and Conditions

vegmind reserves the right to change the membership program and rewards, including details and terms of monthly rewards without prior notice.

vegmind may change, suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove any rewards and benefits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the vegmind Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify reward program and referral program in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of rewards and products that you may obtain by redeeming rewards can change at any time.
